Registration requirements

USA Hockey & SafeSport

Please complete these steps before registering for an upcoming season.

USA Hockey Membership

All players must have a current USA Hockey Membership to participate in both the Fall and Spring seasons with FV Hawks. Membership must be renewed before every fall season and is current for one year.

SafeSport Training

All players who are a 2007 birth year or earlier, will be required to complete the SafeSport Core Training or Refresher Course prior to participation for the 2024-25 season. This is a USA Hockey requirement for all youth hockey.

Complete Training
