Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Fall Hockey Season

There are no refunds under most circumstances. Please refer to the Injury policy posted on the POLICIES & CODES OF CONDUCT page of our website for refunds related to player injuries. (https://www.fvhawks.com/about/policies-codes-of-conduct/) PLEASE NOTE: There is a 1.99% processing fee for using the "PAY VIA DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD" option above. The Savings listed under the "PAY VIA ELECTRONIC CHECK" is what you are saving by not having to pay the debit/credit card processing fee.

Spring Hockey Season
